      I did not receive the item from the listing picture that I purchased. It also had damage. It’s very obvious the item isn’t the one I purchased from their original listing. The item also has damage. I have been trying to get a return label since this wasn’t my fault, and I still haven’t received one. They want me to pay return shipping. This has been going back and forth for over two weeks.

      We offer replacement for free. If something "bad" happens first time like damaged items we offer free replacement. When that's declined, aka "abandonding repair because I'm mad" that's something else. We offer a full refund less our cost to get the part to you. If you really intend on fixing a machine and sticking with the repair this doesn't apply to you.
