Owner sold me two junk modules, neither of which were "refurbished." ASE mechanic that installed showed me corroded terminals on the first one and actual damage on the 2nd unit received. Owner is rude, talks over you and actually used profanity on the phone. Check Google and Yelp reviews before buying! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

Received two junk modules, neither of which worked. The first had corroded terminals and would not communicate with the vehicle, the second was visibly damaged (see pics) and the owner admitted "it should not have been shipped." He is selling returned cores as refurbished units. I'd encourage anyone buying from this vendor to check online Google and Yelp reviews before buying. Owner is rude, told me to "Fu** Off on a phone call when I was asking for next day shipment of the THIRD module!!

Seller stated they cant repair module. Charged to ship old module back but never shipped. Stopped responding. At this point they have stolen the item from us. Sounds harsh but thats pretty much the technical term when someone keeps an item without paying for it. Now we are out of a module regardless if it was bad or not. We need it back. Seller seems to have a history of that. Buyer beware.
