Was difficult to install until I figured out the trick, you will have to make one cut in it as well to be able to fit it around the sunroof. If your sunroof is leaking on your Focus, I also recommend cleaning out the roof drains, there is two in front of the wind deflector and two deep inside the roof. Some pipe cleaners from the dollar tree do just fine.
