Have tried reaching out the seller as we are now almost 2 weeks past the date I ordered (27/04/24) the decent thing to do when you are behind on orders is let the customer know. I’ve tried to cancel and get my money back as I could have brought this item from ANYWHERE else but thought I’d give a chance to a smaller business rather than high street, but this is the reason we use the high street…they can fulfil your actual request in a timely manner. Please refund me and don’t bother shipping.
