    Item was as described as but was not “personalized” even though when I asked the seller when it would be shipped they stated “personalized” and ready to go. Shipped a week later not sure if they had to build the club from scratch but that’s unusual wait time for something off the shelf. Good communication, seller got back to me on all questions quickly.
