Ai sensi dell’art.5 del D.L.185/99 per la tutela dei consumatori, che detta le regole per la vendita a distanza, l’acquirente ha diritto di recedere dall’acquisto senza doverne specificare il motivo, entro e non oltre dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data del ricevimento della merce. In caso di oggetto guasto o difettoso, verranno rimborsate le effettive spese sostenute per restituire l'oggetto.
Nel caso in cui l'acquirente non fosse più interessato all'oggetto, le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente come recita il D. lgs. 185/99 : “ il consumatore ha diritto di recesso senza alcuna penalità e le uniche spese a suo carico sono quelle relative alla restituzione del prodotto”
La restituzione della la merce, in un idoneo imballo che ne tuteli l'integrità, deve essere fatta all’indirizzo riportato nell’inserzione entro e non oltre dieci giorni dal ricevimento. La scelta del vettore spetta al cliente. Consigliamo un metodo di spedizione tracciato ed assicurato, infatti il rimborso è dovuto esclusivamente dopo che la merce è tornata integra al venditore. Non appena ricevuto il pacco con il reso sarà nostra premura verificare l'integrità del bene acquistato che dovrà essere completo di tutte le parti originarie (compresi eventuale documentazione e accessori e confezioni originali). Gli articoli di ritorno danneggiati o manomessi saranno rifiutati e rottamati e non si potrà provvedere alla restituzione dell’importo versato per l’acquisto (come esplicitamente previsto dalla legge).
Verificata l'integrità della merce si provvederà al rimborso della somma pagata nel minor tempo possibile e comunque entro 30 giorni dalla comunicazione del recesso. Il rimborso avverrà a mezzo bonifico bancario o vaglia postale o con altro mezzo eventualmente da concordare.
Under Article 5 of the DL185/99 for Consumer Protection, which sets the rules for distance selling, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without specifying the reason, within and not later than ten days of the date of receipt of goods. The return of the goods, in a suitable packaging that protects the integrity, at the address given in the listing must be made no later than ten days after receipt. The choice of carrier is up to the customer. We recommend a shipping method and route secured, in fact the repayment is due only after the goods are returned integrates the seller.
