    Color descriptions are not true to color. This was not dark blue/teal. It was a light and med teal combination

    Unfortunately this lady has some real issues. She needs a new phone or computer. She keeps purchasing then complaining she isn’t getting the right color. We finally had to block her for buying anymore. Why would you keep purchasing? We have excellent feedback and she has been our only problem customer in a very very long time. Her emails to us were completely unstable and rude. Sad thing is when she would send us photos of her complaint they looked exactly like our photos.
