    The exact Honda part, so far as i can tell. Installed easily in my EG 4000CL. and seems to work. (Suggestion: clean carbon buildup from the slip rings before installing new brushes. If the slip rings are pitted or excessively grooved, consider grinding and polishing them before installing new brushes. That can be difficult on smaller Honda generators because access to the slip rings is limited. A tool such as Martindale COMMX007 (with fine and polish stones) may help. Turn it over by hand.)
