Paint and clear coat do not flow from the applicator. Paint appears to be caked and dry at the base of the nib. It was received on May 10th and I used it today, June 7th for the first time. The clear coat doesn't come out at all. I reviewed several instructional videos to make sure I was using the pens correctly.
