I am torn over this, I like and respect the fact that this seller is and was so responsive. The headset arrived when expected. It is a brand new headset. That is the positive side, The negative side is, after installing it inside a helmet, only to find out that it does not match up to my Yamaha intercom system. With eBay's guarantee, I was confident that it would match up. The box says it is for a "Honda Goldwing." My Yamaha is not Goldwing. I am not happy at all

Its pretty simple the buyer didn't take the time to READ the listing. If he had then he could have asked if he wasn't sure. Listing Cleary states not to purchase for a 2018 Want to be Yamaha Venture V-Star POS.

I bought this set for my 2003 Goldwing. In two weeks it was delivered in The Netherlands (Europe). The set looks okay, I still have to try it. Only.... I didn't realise it is a set for 1 person! I thought it was a complete intercom-set, so also for the passenger.... So now I will buy an extra one...
