I am going to assume the seller didn't know the product was faulty. I had boughten this a while back. Had a seizure; forgot about it and then found the package,opened it in excitement and tried 4 brand new battery pairs. Didn't work. I took a video of me doing so but the eBay platform doesn't support video usage. I had reached out to the seller. No answer. Customer service helped me with a refund.
