One thing: the protective packaging was not adequate at all. Sadly two corners of the integrated box that is a part of the book was crushed on two sides. This is because the item was simply packaged in a bubble envelope and sealed. This item should have been send in a protective box. I was very disappointed in the sender’s choice to package it so poorly.
