One of the reindeers heads fell off upon taking out of box, bottom hinge on left door is loose, no movement from moon and battery compartment was missing its screw but can still be closed securely. I know I packaged the item well, so the shipper is most likely to blame for the defects you mentioned. I heard from a postal clerk recently that when an eBay International package arrives at an eBay hub (which in your case was Glendale Heights, IL), that the package is opened up and repackaged. It that is true, that might be the reason for damaged goods. I know the item worked properly before I shipped it. See #236095403193
