- r***9 (147)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseVery responsible and good service
- m***c (47)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI asked for a reprogram of the mileage and they told me that it’d be $80 more and then they requoted me the extra fee (Still above the listed asking price) come to find out that it was a completely different cluster (based on the part number written on the picture and what I got). And worst of all the cluster they sent me had scratches on the cover. They used deceptive business practices to upsell me an inferior product. TLDR: don’t pay the extra programming fee.Reply from: instrumentclusterstore- Feedback replied by seller instrumentclusterstore.- Feedback replied by seller instrumentclusterstore. The part we sent you originally had 2,320 miles on the odometer, and we spent a good amount of time tearing the cluster apart and setting the mileage to 95k at your request. That is why you were charged $80 and you were well aware of that. We told you in the listing that the plastic was scuffed. We offered that if the lens from your orignal was in better condition you could easily swap them. We offered you to open a return request for a full refund, and you ignored us.
