It didn't look like they've been cleaned or the old ink drained out of them for 10 years or more.. It took me more than a day to clean them up.

I received two opened units without packaging, power cords, or accessories. When I contacted the seller, they claimed I was a liar even though I had pictures of everything. Both units had physical and cosmetic damage. The serial # was removed from one unit, and both serial numbers would not register with manufacturer. Both units had existing configurations as well.
