I received two opened units without packaging, power cords, or accessories. When I contacted the seller, they claimed I was a liar even though I had pictures of everything. Both units had physical and cosmetic damage. The serial # was removed from one unit, and both serial numbers would not register with manufacturer. Both units had existing configurations as well. It didn't look like they've been cleaned or the old ink drained out of them for 10 years or more.. It took me more than a day to clean them up.
