    The phone was advertised as factory unlocked, but it's actually locked to another carrier. I couldn’t test it right away due to work, and by the time I did, the return window had closed (32days). Seller refused to help. Very frustrating — not as described, and poor customer service.

    Phone was shipped as described, Phone was Brand New and Factory unlocked, But Phone was not compatible with Buyer's Phone company, Buyer Purchase a GSM phone for a CDMA Phone carrier, Buyer waited more that 2 months to request a return. We offered a new replacement fully compatible with Buyers Phone carrier.
