    I received the watch wasn't working took it to a jeweler and they stated they put a new battery in put it still would not work. Shipped it back and now seller wants to deduct or now give me a refund stated it was damaged. I have a video of the jewler who took the back off and did not damage the watch.THIS SELLER IS SHADY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER .

    This buyer threatened me in an email and has not reported the whole story accurately. I sent this person a NEW old stock item and so assumed it would work fine. I only said I would have to deduct something from the refund because the buyer returned the watch in inadequate packaging and it became wet on a rain soaked day. I never once said there would be no refund, yet this person threatened me and now is calling me "shady". My previous 538 100% positive & glowing feedback says otherwise.
