Be aware that your trim has to be the standard grille (see picture) and not the honeycombing sports mesh grille, which would need a #75101-06040 part. Easy installation with a Phillips screwdriver with optional magnetic tip. I found the use of the awl on my Victorinox Farmer X to be very helpful for making pilot holes on the grille as I don't have access to a drill.
