      Point blank it the wrong one if he had look in the box he know that and now ebay pushing the point . one i don t trust him to send it or if he even has it and their no plug in port in the box but you don t see me throw that in or bring that up till now so no I am not happy with it it the wrong color and ebay don t care just till it feed back time so no. I will not change it it true thx for the bad item with missing stuff to and wrong color that what I get for buy stuff on here

      I am so sorry that our warehouse employee accidentally sent you the gray headphones rather than the white color that you ordered. As I stated in our messages this was an honest mistake and was happy to send you the correct color headphones and let you keep the gray ones as well, for free. I understand that you declined that offer and instead wanted to leave us negative feedback. We will continue to do our best to improve our process so that we will not make an accident in the future.
