Yes, you have to do finishing work, but that's why it doesn't cost five hundred dollars, like Leo's do. If you like doing the fret work and finish the way you want it done (as I do) these necks are fantastic. All the precision work that requires jigs and specialized tools is done for you. I will absolutely be buying more from them, I can only imagine how nice the kits are. And the inlays are awesome :)
