I contacted the seller and they were not willing to help resolve the issue, other than repeating, "it worked fine when shipped". I had to take the unit apart to find that a wire had disconnected. In fact after several messages I was the one who suggested that something may have gotten jostled loose during shipment. The shipment was from the US to Canada so it had a long time in the system and probably experienced some rough handling. I even said sorry that this happened. My responses to you were very fast and professional. I don't mind honest feedback. This is not honest or accurate as you know.
