      One of the tires came with a tear on the sidewall. Ended up buying one from the local bike shop. Seller stated there was nothing they could do as for a refund because I no longer had the tire , the bike shop threw it out.

      Very hard to warranty a product when you throw it away. You would have got a full refund, or a replacement. All we needed was a photo. But we get a negative feedback because of actions your bike shop took. Not cool man, take it up with the guys at your bike shop.
