External appearance is great though. I ended up being able to find work around for this issue but this was completely unacceptable.

I mentioned shipping being included in the offer twice and he sent over the payment link and I purchased assuming he had created the purchase link based off or our price. He did not. He added in the shipping and when confronted about it told me to cancel the order.
