The jack was shipped in a timely manner. However, the packaging did not contain enough padding, and the jack had some cosmetic damage. Since it will be mounted to the exterior of my Jeep, I wasn't concerned, but considering it was "new," the item should have been properly packaged to prevent any cosmetic damage.
