No top loader, the card was in a perfect fit sleeve only, there was just paper with masking tape around the sides and the card in sleeve was stuck to the tape. It also arrived with a hefty bend due to heat and humidity in transit (see pictures). The card is thankfully still okay but a very risky send with so little for protection.
