I purchased a miu miu hair clip, but when it came knew right away was not authentic looked good but no stamp inside and-all genuine miu have stamp. The seller offered a full refund abd offered for Royal Mail to pick up. My friend wasn’t bothered about it not being authentic so she has it. It’s ok to buy copies but be truthful say it was a gift etc. and don’t hugely over price because not very fair.

From the beginning you tried to bargain down the price of few of my items. I had agreed to sell you the hair clip. As I mentioned many times to you the hairclip is authentic.
I offered you 5 times in writing via EBay messaging, to open a return request, as per EBay policy, I would have fully refunded the item when I received it back. Yet you kept on insisting that I have reduce the price to half. This is very unfair, as a Seller I feel unprotected from these tactics
