This item was misrepresented: 1. The CD-Rom doesn't work 2. The "long lasting battery" is dated Feb-2010 and is bulged and has a 1/4 inch split
3.The front latch is frozen and doesn't work 4. The screen fails to fully brighten 5. No Windows 10 security code was provided 6. The "good keyboard" has keycaps that shine from wear 7. There is a 1.5 inch crack on the wrist-pad
