This is a program for downloading and uploading operating frequencies and parameters for a Vertex VX-1700 scanning radio transceiver. The program itself works perfectly, interfacing with my radio without any issues. The program's Help File requires an additional program (winhlp32.exe) to open it--free via the internet--on account of the fact that being close to 17 years old, newer versions of Windows will not open it. Please note that the program works perfectly without the use of the help file.
