The item arrived damaged & was not visible on the seller’s listing. It is unable to be repaired & therefore cannot be put on a vehicle. The seller & I have spoken to find a solution and he has agreed to refund the entire purchase price. He assured me he would go through eBay to get the transaction done. To this date, I am still waiting on the refund.
