The item sold was not New. The item had wear and tear on it. Scratches and scuffs. I found other ones just like it that said USED.. i refrained from those as me department was only looking to buy new. I could have purchased this one for a few dollars cheaper if the postimg would have been correct. Dissapointed in the seller for not making it clear. There is no clerical error for the wording NEW.
