This item came damaged. At first I didn't notice, but one of the straps was in two pieces and had been knotted back together. I contacted Serendipity and she denied it multiple times. I would return it but I cannot find this top anywhere else and I otherwise really love it. I am willing to believe that she didn't see it at first either, but I sent her a picture of the knot in the strap and she still refused to budge.
