Everyone is entitled to make mistakes but the mark of a good company is how they deal with it.
Unfortunately my experience with Car Parts in motion, after they sent the wrong item, was in my opinion very poor! I contacted them and sent a photo of the wrong item, I then received an automated reply which frankly was useless. I sent further messages , before finally, a message accepting what had happened.
I didn’t receive the correct item, i did get a refund via EBay.
