    Very poor customer service. The item arrived damaged and the seller was unwilling to accept that this was a problem or take any responsibility for this. The majority of my messages were ignored, and the attitude in the responses I did receive was dismissive and unprofessional.

    We have offered a full refund from day one for the item which "apparently" received not as described. but buyer refused and insisted on a partial refund, after almost 2 months the buyer is still messaging and has finally agreed to return the item for a refund, seems the item must have been ok but buyer just wanted it cheaper, long drawn out process from a unreasonable buyer, lets see what is returned and no doubt eBay will need to be involved.
