We worked this out with the buyer. We were suggesting if they wanted to keep the watch we could reimburse them if they went to a jeweler and wanted to keep it. All Watches come with a 30 day free return window!

The seller is selling very cheap fake watch. I received a watch that is made of very cheap material and it is fake Citizens watch. Buyers beware.

Buyer is an international customer. We do not accept international returns, however, since they didn't like the watch, we were willing to make an exception to send it make. The buyer refused to send it back, threatening to leave negative feedback if we didn't issue a full refund without sending the watch back. This is extortion and is against eBay's policies. Also, the watch is genuine. The customer is our business because we didn't supplicate to their abusive demands. eBay is removing
