This was a confusing transaction. I received an email from the seller indicating that one of the cutters had a frozen wheel and he'd try to unstick it and if he was unsuccessful, he'd then refund my money- I told him to try some penetrating oil. A day or two later, I see a refund. Out of curiosity, I saw he relisted it for sale again that same day. A waste of 7 days but a nice and polite chap he was, I must say. If it was seller's remorse, I'd rather he would have told me from day one.
