Damaged racers. When I opened the package the cars were attached to the chargers and the controllers had batteries in them. Instructions state that the controller should not be used when the car is charging. The odd method of shipping the cars attached and charging while also having batteries in the controllers ruined the cars during shipping. The seller offered a return. As a disabled veteran I won't make the effort to get another box and drop it off when the seller did not use common sense.

Not once, but 3 times i offered a full refund if the buyer would like to return. It was important to make this right! The cars were NOT damaged during shipping because they were attached to the chargers as they were that way for the last 15 years. They worked when they were shipped and buyer admitted they worked when they were received. Unfair negative feedback!

Seller is making false statements. On April 29 the seller wrote that everything works perfectly fine before I made the purchase. I didn’t write that the cars work. My eBay messages confirm that. They were defective upon arrival as was the scoreboard with corroded batteries. Seller wrote that the cars had been connected to chargers for ten years. Seller offered a return, not a full refund. As a 100% disabled veteran a return is very difficult for me, so I did not to return the defective product.
