My order was shipped and received quickly with no hassles. I am happy with the knife. However, the knife handle covers had broken up completely by the time I received the knife. I was planning to replace them anyway, so I consider this a minor inconvenience. Based on the photos in the listing, I had hoped to use the cover from the good side of the knife as a pattern for the replacement covers. That said, I 'm still quite happy with my purchase.
