The item was received in good condition. The packaging could have been more secure and padded better. I was really surprised that it didn't break considering how much room there was in the box for shifting and bouncing. Better tight packaging is suggested. Other than that I love the McCoy vase and am glad to have received it in good condition. Seller was willing to kindly accept my offer.
