- y***r (867)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseseller downgraded listed usps flat rate to ground advantage without my knowledge...only realized when i havent received my order in less than a week, as usps flat rate from the east coast to hawaii has always been less than a week. did the seller think it would cost more to send a flat rate package to hawaii, reason for the switch? so far its almost two weeks and no package, so i checked USPS website and found that the package was downgraded to ground,not happy with the switch and downgrade.Reply from: getpartstoday- Feedback replied by seller getpartstoday.- Feedback replied by seller getpartstoday.We are terribly sorry for our error. We should have used a different method for shipping. In addition, the USPS system is taking an unexpected amount of time in transit. We would like to offer something to you for compensation.
