I ordered a used old part (bmx stem). It arrived and it was damaged. It could not be tightened to the fork cause the holes of the stem bolts where bored oversized. I contacted the seller and he immidiatelly offered me a partial refund if I believed it was something that could be repaired easily. I explained to him (sending him pictures) that it was not possilbe to be repaired and the seller refuned me the full amount plus shipping. I highly recommend doing bussiness with the seller.

Dissappointed that: (1) Rise is claimed to be 70 mm while the actual value is closer to 30 mm, which makes it unusabe for my purposes, and (2) claimed weight was 275 gr while actual weight was 293 gr. I'd return it if not for the fact that I'd need to pay for the return shipping.
