Prompt shipping, item in excellent condition as described. They made an entirely understandable mistake in which charger they included (every laptop, including identical-looking later generations of this one is now USB-C after all), and happily corrected it when I contacted them. Not at all surprising given they are at 99.5% positive after 100k sales, I guess!
