Buyer immediately left negative feedback without reaching out to me first. I reached out asking for pictures of the broken candle. Buyer couldn't provide any. I still offered a full refund as they received something broken, and customer service is a top priority to me. Once the refund was processed I never heard from the buyer again. Seems like the buyer was leveraging negative feedback to get a free product. Would recommend adding buyer to your blocked buyers list if you are reading this.
