Overall it's a satisfied buying experience. Parts were shipped within a week from China to U.S.A. The inserts for 6x14 & 6x12 were missing from the original package (probably the manufacturer misplaced them). After I contacted the seller, they quickly agreed to send me the inserts and I just received it today. I haven't test the functionality of this film back, but from the appearance, everything looks new.
