Unfortunately seems to have been lost by Royal Mail (fake signature). They have told me to contact UKRPoshta (who didn't lose it) but their website is only in Ukrainian. Ebay aren't interested. Not worth the $15 postage and four weeks waiting for all this hassle unfortunately.
