BAIT AND SWITCH. I purchased a hard-to-find figural mug slip mold, she sent a basic mug slip mold and hoped I wouldn’t notice? I asked her why it happened and no response. NOT TO MENTION the makeshift box wrapped around the item which is essentially a plaster block, the package was ripped and the block corners were chipped.
