Tried either of the tubes, gave a loud buzzing sound even with volume turned down. I made a loss of 88 USD import fees seller promised to compensate but didn't. Seller didn't test the tube in real operation but a tester. Tube has 2 unusual sharp pins not visible in the ad as is, might be the reason as not sitting in the amp's tube holder (own a high end amp).Damages in the box, thin cartoon with no proper filling material. Seller is no partner in exploring compensation process from postal end.

I have already refunded the full order amount plus the shipping cost of the return. I have never promised to compensate the import fees. I tested the item on TV-7D/U with excellent results (72/38, 74/38). No idea yet what caused the problem happened on buyer's end, because I still waiting for the arrival of the returned tubes. According to the sharp pins appeared and the buzzing sound, I suspect the solder connection of the tube terminal wires with the pins were broken.
