Shipped within a few business days, packed well enough, and was as described. For the price, it's pretty hard to beat. Only thing that could have been a bit clearer was that it came with Windows 11 installed but did not indicate it was not activated. Again though, for the price, it's hard to really complain about that either, especially considering it can run without activation for quite awhile before it becomes annoying enough to get an activation key.

The laptop was in “as new” condition, however, the battery had been discharged for so long, it would no longer take a charge. I reached out for comment or compensation, but did not hear back, so I purchased a used Lenovo replacement battery for $27, so am now happy with the laptop, even with price plus battery. Would have given 5 stars if the seller would have just communicated back because the aside from the battery issue, the laptop is great for the price.
