He sent screen shot of supposedly monies entering my account which was also a lie .. having to go through fraud process with my card issuer .. have all evidence confirming this .. scammer

Completely fabricated. Buyer is an overseas customer and we do not except international returns, the logistical cost doesn't make sense. We allowed them to keep the watch and issued a full refund. Not sure what the issue is, they kept the watch and the money so we would avoid a case closure in their favor. Buyer's like this need to be banned from doing business on eBay. This is an egregious false representation of the circumstances.
