      The pads arrived in time, but, the packaging was completely inadequate. we had brake pads rattling around un packed into a cardboard box and then placed into a jiffy bag with no fragile or handle with care notices. As a result, it looks as though the brake pads had a rough ride. The caliper pot guide fingers on one pad were bent flat and the brake pad material had a sizeable chunk knocked out of it. More protective packaging in future is required to prevent damage from rough handling by couriers
